24 Hour Free Replacement Policy

if received damaged/defective*

At Crazy Sutra, we take a lot of care to send you only the best products, after carefully checking & thoroughly packing the products.

Yet, we offer you a Free Replacement Policy if you have received a Damaged Product, that may be caused by some grave mis-handling by the logistics.

In case the product you have received or a part thereof does not wor properly and it does not come with a warranty, we will give you a free replacement of the defective part.

We do not offer any returns/replacements/refunds  for any other reasons.

For products under guarantee/ warranty, you can contact the manufacturers/ brand owners in case of any issues with the product.

To put it in simple words, if you have received a damaged/defective product, we will send a free replacement for the product/defective part as soon as possible. Just email us the details we require to process your request as soon as possible, within 24 hours. We do not offer any returns/replacements/refunds for any other reasons.

Firstly, We are extremely sorry. We try our best to pack all our shipments in the best possible way. Yet, somehow, the logistics people manage to damage them once a blue moon. Please email us the below information about your damaged shipment as soon as possible, within 24 hours: 1. Order Id 2. Image of the shipping label 3. Image of the packaging 4. Image of the damaged product 5. Video while opening the shipment showing the label, packaging & damaged item found after opening.

The product I received is not working at all. What do I do?

Firstly, We are extremely sorry. We check all the products for proper functioning before packing them securely for a safe transit. Please email us the below information about your product as soon as possible, within 24 hours: 1. Order Id 2. Image of the shipping label 3. Image of the packaging 4. Image of the damaged product 5. Video while opening the shipment showing the label, packaging & product found after opening. 6. Give some brief details about the issue you are facing.

I do not like the item I have received / I do no need the item any longer. How do I return?

We are very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we cannot return the product for these reasons.

I bought an apparel but it does not fit. Can I get a replacement?

We have provided a size chart with every apparel on the website and we highly encourage you to confirm the size you require, before making an order. Unfortunately, our sales model does not allow us to provide for a free replacement. Hence, if you do require a replacement, you would have to bear the cost of shipping of original piece received by you to us and replacement piece sent to you by us. Please contact us & we will guide you further.

Can I simply get a refund?

Sorry, we can only offer you a replacement only if you have received a damaged/defective product.
